Cross the Border
Del Rio provides convenient access to international travel through the nearby crossing into Ciudad Acuña, Mexico. Visitors who plan to return to the United States by land or sea are required to present proper identification, such as a valid U.S. Passport or a U.S. Passport Card. While a passport is accepted for travel by air, land, and sea, the passport card is limited to land and sea crossings only.
