The 2026 Washington DC Fly-In is an annual event bringing corridor leaders and policymakers together to highlight recent successes and advance a shared vision for the Ports-to-Plains Alliance Corridor as Congress shapes the next Surface Transportation Authorization Bill. Discussions will focus on establishing the Multi-state Future Interstate Formula Funding program, completing an Interstate Feasibility Study, securing designation and route numbering for I-27 beyond the current designation, and reinforcing the critical role of rural corridors through State DOT formula funding, Congressionally Directed Spending, and Community Funding Projects.
