TRANSPORT
TransPort provides two existing and
one approved direct access interchanges to the nations interstate
highway system. Interstate 70 intersects with every major north-south
interstate highway system across the U.S. as does the Ports-to-Plains
Corridor and Interstate 25 with every major east-west interstate
highway.
56th Avenue provides direct access
to Denver International Airport, the newest, most technologically
advanced airport in the country.
Through-the-fence agreements with
Front Range Airport, Colorado's largest General Aviation Airport,
provides TransPort with direct runway access.
And, the Union Pacific Railroad,
whose track runs through TransPort, has committed to the design
of a modern rail ramp which will encompass 400 acres and will
directly serve TransPort, the Rocky Mountain Region, and the Nation.

INTERPORT
Located in Lubbock, TX InterPort is
served by Ports-to-Plains, Interstate 27 and four U.S. Highways.
Interport is well-positioned to support over-the-road trucking operations.
Three miles of frontage and four exits on I-27 and the Ports-to-Plains
Corridor ensure an easy transition
from the roadway system to any site at the Trade Center.
Located at Lubbock International
Airport, Interport offers high-frequency commercial passenger
service on four major airlines. Each day, more than 80 arrivals
and departures serve Lubbock's modern, convenient air terminal.
Excellent cargo and express mail service is provided by nine carriers.
FedEx and Airborne Express each operate regional distribution
centers on-site.
Located on the property is a new
rail spur that provides immediate access to the Burlington Northern-Santa
Fe Railroad System.
