Service export manufacturing sectors are also growing: reconstruction and rebuilding of warrantied machinery and equipment, software development and call centers.

8	US-Mexico Border Trade Initiative Goal: Increase US exports of goods/services to manufacturers along the Mexican border and assist more new to export companies to establish sales channels to this market. Challenges: Lack of Commercial Service resources on both sides of border Many small and medium-sized manufacturers are reluctant to export Purchasing decisions may be made in local plant at border, in Mexico City or the US or through a global committee Lack of manufacturers reps on the Mexican side of the border.
