"I consider Ports-to-Plains a window to the world for our community. With the expansion of the Ports-to-Plains Corridor we have the opportunity to promote our goods and services to those moving across this great country." - John Bertsch, Ports-to-Plains Chairman, Plainview, Texas

"Ports-to-Plains has been an incredible asset for our community in regarding our economic development efforts. Our membership allows us to reach a larger network of potential leads, market our community and gives us a great partner in each project we work. Our membership and relationship with PTP has helped us in recruiting several businesses; and that more than justifies the cost! The recognition that any size community gets from participating is invaluable, and refusing to be a part of this coalition is simply foolish." – Mike Running, Executive Director, Dumas Economic Development Corp.

"The staff and volunteer leadership of PTP are working tirelessly for the mobility needs of our rural corridor across three countries. Their efforts have already proven extremely valuable in getting transportation projects funded and on the ground, and they will continue to play a critical role in our commercial development by advocating for those projects that remain." – Phil Neighbors, President, San Angelo Chamber of Commerce

"Improving transportation through many rural areas of the United States increases the chances of small town America to survive into the next century. What the Port-to-Plains Corridor can mean to the rural and small town areas of Northeastern New Mexico and the business opportunities that go with it can not be underestimated." - Justin Bennett, Union County Commissioner, Des Moines, New Mexico

"We are strong supporters of the collaborative initiative to promote connectivity of the highway systems through the Ports-to-Plains Trade Corridor" - Buzz David, President & CEO, Amarillo Economic Development Corporation.

"The benefits of the Ports-to-Plains Alliance have been insurmountable to the Theodore Roosevelt Expressway Association, giving our association support on a national level for surface transportation issues, that otherwise would be difficult to achieve with a stand alone effort." – Cal Klewin, Exec.
